Bryn posted this fabulous find from etsy, and I think it is just the greatest idea for a hostess gift!

It has already sold, but I am going to keep my eyes open at flea markets and used bookstores to recreate this in the future...maybe with some vintage silver attached to the top as well!
What are your go-to hostess gifts??
Candles ~ tapers, pillars, or freshly scented in a petty container...
ReplyDeletesuper cute! this is unrelated, but i went to an engagement party this weekend gave several "bridal" movies which i thought was a really cute idea, and so did the bride!
ReplyDeleteother good hostess gifts is stationary, cookbooks, candles/lotions
Also look for old Emily Post books on entertaining. I received a vintage one on entertaining for graduation which is so fun to flip through!

I love Etsy!!! great idea:)
ReplyDeleteThis is so clever...love this idea! I always take wine, but that is just for drinking...not for the hostess gift, which normally one of the following...an orchid, fancy ice cream scooper with homemade ice cream, a book about a topic that the hostess loves, etc.
