ReplyDeleteThis may not be a popular opinion, but I love squats! They're much easier with weights, b/c you can "grip" something to balance your energy. This, of course, doesn't mean I have been doing as many as I should be...I pulled something in my thigh last time I attempted a rigorous workout. Fail!

ReplyDeletedude squats are so awesome, esp when done correctly. i did a bootcamp once where it was pretty squat heavy and i lost like 2 inches off my hips! yeehaw! gonna print this out and tack it up in my gym. thanks :)
